Lindsey Van: "I will be watching for Hayboeck, Kraft, and Schlierenzauer to do really well"

At the beginning of the Four-Hills-Tournament our expert became World-Champion from Liberec Lindsey Van (USA). Here's her statement about the competition in Garmisch-Partenkirchen on New Year's Day.

Here are my statements after Garmisch:

I had a pretty good guess on the podium, I was close. Jacobsen is back! Jacobsen comes away with a huge win on one of his favorite hills in Garmisch. The competition was very tight at the end. Ammann and Prevc both put together two great jumps for 2nd and 3rd places. Simon had a great comp with two great jumps. It was great to see him have a good competition after Oberstdorf. Prevc has been getting better and better with each competition. He is very consistent right now. I was most impressed by Velta in Garmisch. His jumps were very good, and I think he will be up there in Innsbruck. The Austrians were very strong again with 3 in the top 10. I think they will be the ones to watch out for in Innsbruck. Freitag had a great second along with Maeaettae. Kraus, Leyhe, Forfang had good competitions as well. Looking towards to Innsbruck. I will be watching for Hayboeck, Kraft, and Schlierenzauer to do really well. This is one of their home hills, and seems to be a hard hill for everybody else.
