Norwegians the best on trainings in Garmisch-Partenkirchen!

Representatives of Norway Anders Jacobsen and Rune Velta turned out to be the best on trainings, which preceded today's qualification round of the second competition of the prestigious 63. Four Hills Tournament in German Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Winner of the Tournament from 2006/2007 season set also the new record of the Große Olympiaschanze, which now is 145 meters.

In the first training Anders Jacobsen was unbeatable with his amazing jump on 145 meters. Second place took Poland's Piotr Żyła, who landed on 134 meter. Great jumps gave also Simon Ammann (136 m), Peter Prevc (131,5 m), Noriaki Kasai (134,5 m), Roman Koudelka (129,5 m), Michael Hayboeck (128,5 m), Dimitry Vassiliev (135 m), Rune Velta (127m) and Anders Fannemel (128,5m). Good result reached also winner from Oberstdorf and current 4-Hills leader Stefan Kraft, who jumped on a distance of 127 meters. The first training was held in good weather conditions and with conducive wind.
The second training was held in unequal and changing weather conditions. Under these circumstances the best was another representative of Norway Rune Velta, who jumped on a distance of 136,5 meters. Just behind him the training finished Anders Jacobsen, who proved his good shape with a jump of 133 meters. In the second training well performed also Roman Koudelka (135 m), Stefan Kraft (132m), Phillip Sjoeen (131m), Simon Ammann (130m), Richard Freitag (131,5m), Michael Hayboeck (125,5m), Peter Prevc (131,5m) and Andreas Kofler (129,5m). Good jump gave also Kamil Stoch, who is coming back after the ankle injury. Representative of Poland and double Olympic champion from Sochi jumped 131 meters.
In the qualifications will take part 77 jumpers.
