Engelberg (SUI), one of the most beautiful venue in the ski jumping circus, will host this weekend the final weekend of competitions of 2014. Jernej Damjan of Slovenia, have won today qualification round in Engelberg,with a jump of 132.5 meter and a final point of 136.5, he finished ahead of Germany’s Richard Freitag (2) 135.1 pts, and Japan’s Kento Sakuyama (3), 134.1 pts. It was also a good day for the Swiss colours, in fact the hosting nation has managed to qualified four ski jumpers, plus the already pre qualified Simon Ammann.

As for Italy only Davide Bresadola, has managed to go through today’s qualification round, for Colloredo and Morassi, they will can try again on Sunday.
