After ladies competition which have taken stage earlier, Lillehammer has hosted later today also the men qualification round won by the japanese Junshiro Kobayashi. Kobayashi had a 129.5 meters jump 122.2 pts,finishing ahead of J.A.Forfang, (younger brother of former Norwegian ski jumper Daniel) second with 125 meters 121.8 pts and Germany’s Marinus Kraus,third with 129 meters 121.5 pts. Qualifications went on very smoothly, just like it happened for the ladies in the afternoon, but some big names didn’t managed to go through the qualifications, like for example Taku Takeuchi, Denis Kornilov, Wolfgang Loitzl,Gregor Deschwanden. Tomorrow starting from 3:00 pm with the official training followed by the competition.
