The hill looked great, so there has to have been a lot of hard work in front of this weekend. Big credit to the bunch who made it.
The training started with a bit to much speed I think. That was proved with an amazing jump from the Young Norwegian Phillip Sjøen. He landed at 148m, but he had a bad fall, but luckily it seems that he has no serious injuries.
Quali went quite well with a lot of good jumps. Of course some changes in wind, but not bad at all. I have seen much worse in Klingen.
I think there were no big surprises in quali. The guys seem to be in good shape. Some of them did not make their best, but when comp starts, I think there also this year will be a fight between the 10 to 15 guys who have been there last years.
So I am looking forward to the comps tomorrow and Sunday.
