58 jumpers fought for the quali victory in Oslo. Great performence allowed Hilde to win. He took his jump at 128,5m (125,0 points) and beat Dimitry Vassiliev. He landed at 129,5m, but had less points - 123,7. Third Andreas Kofler jumped at 129,0m (122,9 points). Only 0,5 point behind Kofler was Lauri Asikainen with his 128,0m. Next place belonged to Roman Koudelka (128,0m/122,0 points) who was followed by young Jaka Hvala (127,0m/121,5points). Three jumpers shared the 7th place! Antonin Hajek, Andreas Stjernen and Kaarel Nurmsalu scored 120,6 points.

The conditions during this round was not perfect. Probably the strong wind was the cause of Anders Fannemel's terrible crash. Luckly, he stand up and walked away the hill on his own feet.

From the top ten of WC classification really good jumps took Gregor Schlierenzauer and Severin Freund, both athletes landed at 131,5m. The leader of the WC Kamil Stoch jumped at 126,5m. Peter Prevc, Anders Bardal and Noriaki Kasai didn't jump.

The competition on Holmenkollen will start on Sunday at 2:15 pm CET.
