Trainings in Rasnov for Avvakumova and Takanashi!

When emotions after the recently Finished Olympic Games in Sochi have already dropped the World Cup rivalry moved to Romanian Rasnov on the HS 100 hill. Today were played there trainings before the individual competition, which is planned for tomorrow. In three training rounds the best were Russia's Irina Avvakumova and Japanese Sara Takanashi.

The first training round was won by 23-year-old Avvakumova, who reached a distance of 93 meters. Just behind her placed two representatives of Japan – Sara Takanashi with a score of 95 meters and Yuki Ito, who landed on the 93. meter. In the Top 5 of this training were also Coline Mattel from France, who jumped 90 meters and Germany's Ulrike Graessler who gave a jump on a distance of 89 meters.

The second training was dominated by very young Takanashi, which propably will soon take the victory in the general classification of the Ladies' World Cup. Japanese reached a great distance of 98 meters. The second distance of this training belonged to Irina Avvakumova, who jumped 92.5 meters. Third place went to gold Olympic medalist from Sochi Carina Vogt, who landed on the 92 meter and just behind her placed Maja Vtic from Slovenia (90m) and Yuki Ito (91m).

The last of three planned trainings again won Takanashi, who flew on a distance of 95 meters. Second place went to her compatriot Yuki Ito (93.5 m) and the third was Coline Mattel (89.5 m). The best distance of this training reached Norway's Maren Lundby, which jumped 96 meters, but finished fourth. The leading five was closed by Katharina Althaus with a result of 93 meters. From participation in this training resigned Carina Vogt, Ulrike Graessler, Anja Javorsek, Lindsey Van, Anna Haefele, Julia Kykkaenen and Irina Avvakumova.
