Karl Geiger wins for a second time in Brotterode!

This weekend seems to be the most successfull in the carrer of representative of Germany Karl Geiger. He took two victories on Friday and Sunday and on Saturday he finished second, only 1,3 points behind Austria's Manuel Fettner!

Today representative of the hosts jumped twice on a distance of 112,5 meter. Second place won today Matjaz Pungertar from Slovenia, who after jump on 116,5 meter was the leader of the competition, but in the second round he jumped only 109 meters and lost to the winner Geiger over 6 points. On the lowest step of the podium stood today Daniel Huber, who also yesterday was third. Today representative of Austria jumped 109,5 and 110,5 meter and lost to the 2nd place only 1,8 points.

Just behind the podium competition finished Nejc Dezman from Slovenia, who is also the current Continental Cup standings leader. Today in the first round jumped only 110,5 meter, but in the final round he moved up in the classification thanks to jump on 118,5 meter, which was the best result of the day. On the fifth position placed again Norwegian Atle Pedersen Roensen, who jumped 112 and 115 meters. On the sixth position placed Rok Justin (109,5 and 111,5m), seventh was yesterday's winner Manuel Fettner (108 and 107,5m), eighth position took Jan Maylaender (109.5 and 108,5m) and the Top 10 closed Stefan Kraft (112,5 and 110m) and Lauri Asikainen (110,5 and 117,5m).
