Paul Winter takes the Alpen Cup victory in Kranj!

Young representative of Germany, 16-year-old Paul Winter, who also performed well in this year's World Junior Championships in Val di Fiemme, turned out to be the best in today's Alpen Cup competition which was held in Slovenian Kranj (HS 109). In the shadow of the 22nd Winter Olympic Games in addiction to the Alpen Cup competitions in the U.S. Iron Mountain will be held the Continental Cup competitions.
Today the victory with over 11-point advantage took as it was mentioned Paul Winter, who jumped on a distances of 104,5 and 107,5 meters. Second place took his compatriot Sebastian Bradatsch, with a 105- and 101-meter result. On the lowest step of the podium stood today representative of Austria Stefan Huber, who jumped on the same distances ad Bradatsch, but got lower marks for style.
In the competition from the good side showed themselves other young ski jumpers - just behind the podium finished Cene Prevc from Slovenia (95,5 and 108m) and Germany's Dominik Maylaender (107,5 and 96m). In the Top 10 also placed Elias Tollinger (99 and 102,5m), Martin Hamann (99,5 and 101m), Kristijan Ravnik (106 and 95m), Tim Heinrich (98 and 102m) and also Philipp Aschenwald (105 and 97,5m).
