With jumps on 88m and 90.5m Nejc Dezman also could win the second competition in Sapporo. The second place was again a shared one between Dezman's team mate Robert Hrgota and oldie Takanobu Okabe who were 1.5 points behind the winner. On the 4th and 5th place again the German team showed their strength - like in nearly all COC-competitions before. Daniel Wenig on four missed the podium with 1 point and Karl Geiger on five had 1.5 points less than Okabe and Hrgota. Also Pius Paschke on the 7th and Danny Queck on the 8th place showed two good jumps again. A really good performance was also done by the hosting nation with Yukiya Sato on 6, Shusaku Hosoyama on 8 and Hiroaki Watanabe on 11. The improvement of the Canadians which we can see in the World Cup, in the form of Mackenzie Boyd-Clowes, sloped to the COC too, with Trevor Morrice who showed his so far best COC performance on shared Rank 11. Again there was only one Austrian in the Top 30. Stefan Hayböck jumped 85m and 86m and found himself on an 18th place. Norway had with Vegard Swensen and Joachim Hauer two athletes in the Top 20 just sperated by 0.5 points on 15 and 16. Best jumper of a good Swiss-Team was Gregor Deschwanden on Rank 13. With Eduard Torok there was a Romanian Jumper again in the Top 30. With 87.5m and 77.5m he could achieve the 28th place. It is good to see that also this small nations improve their performances step by step. Nejc Dezman is now the new COC overall leader ahead of Manuel Poppinger and Michael Hayböck, who are both competing in the World Cup. 1. Nejc Dezman 220.5 2. Robert Hrgota 219.0 2. Takanobu Okabe 219.0 4. Daniel Wenig 218.0 5. Karl Geiger 217.5 6.Yukiya Sato 213.0 7.Pius Paschke 212.0 8.Miran Zupancic 211.0 8.Danny Queck 211.0 8.Shusaku Hosoyama 211.0
