Chedal and Hocke retires
23/05/2013 10:40
As we already knew Emanuel Chedal hang up his skies and boots in 2012/2013 but we didn’t know yet was that also Stephan Hocke did the same thing. Both 29 has called the day. The best result for the French man is a 3rd place in 2009 in the WC in Lillehammer ì, finishing 15th in the overall WC table. For Hocke instead a little bit more of glory. He finished 1st in the WC race in Engelberg in 2001, adding a gold Olympic medal to his achievements – medal won at the Winter Games in 2002- “I didn’t see any more opportunities to achieve my sporting objectives. This is why I was lacking motivation to carry on at such a high level,” said Hocke last December after he announced his retirement.
