Team Italy absolves first training camp!

The whole male Italian team is training for the Summer Grand-Prix during their camp in Tarvisio, Italy and Villach, Austria. From May 12th to May 22nd the athletes will be finding their course for the upcoming summer season and work hard to keep up with the World-Cup level that will also be demanded during the SGP.

Andrea Morassi, Sebastian Colloredo and their colleagues are joined by a “new” jumper: Daniele Varesco (born 1995), who started his career as a Nordic Combined athlete is now concentrating on ski-jumping only. The youngster will show his talent during the training camp. But the coaches’ eyes will not only rest on him but the others as well because the team constellation is not yet officially announced.

We are excited for the new addition in the Italian team and hope to find out about the team announcement soon!
