Short news: Severin Freund back in training!
Freund, who had to undergo a back surgery because of his vertebral discs is now back in training. After his rehabilitation he did some jumps in Oberstdorf and was exercising at the Olympic training center in Munich. Now he attends a training camp of the German C-team in Stams.
He stated in a press release of the German Ski Association that he’s happy to be able to jump again, that his back is not giving him any trouble anymore and that he would like to compete again before the finals of the Summer Grand Prix in Klingenthal this October.
We wish him all the best for his plans and hope to see him in competitions again soon.
