After a troubled weekend the men’s continental cup in Iron Mountain come to an end, unfortunately with two crashes, the slovenian Rok Zima and austrian David Unterberger were the two who fallen during the race.

Due to the strong winds, Saturday race was post poned to Sunday but not that a day made the difference as the it took 3 hours to before to complete the race last night.

The competition has been won by german Marinus Kraus, second place for another german Markus Eisenbichler, while the third place went to Norwegian Robert Johansson.

Hopefully that next time FIS, when problems like this (wind problems) will show up they will think more about the safety of the jumpers instead of the “show” because no one that really loves to go to watch competitions of any kinds, goes to watch the jumpers crush or getting injured.

Below the video of the crash of Rok Zima.
